It was then that I gave my creative side the permission to flourish, my ideas to flow and my camera work to do the talking for a living.

And I’ve never looked back!

In 2020, I finally took the long overdue leap of faith and replaced my lab apron with a growing collection of cameras as a wedding photographer.

I had just moved from Korea to Australia to be reunited with my Aussie husband, and the seemingly never ending COVID-19 lockdowns gave me plenty of space to reflect.

While I have already been to 54 countries on my bucket list, there’s always room for more.

See, when I embarked on my first around the world trip with 100 rolls of film and 5 cameras in my backpack, little did I know that this experience would define my life in more ways than I could ever imagine.

It was over breakfast in a guest house in Turkey that I met my Australian husband, and the many snaps I took along the way were eventually published in a travel book. 30 copies of which I sent to the incredible humans I met along the way.

This entire experience made me fall in love with photography!
