I can capture BTS with my lil camcorder throughout the coverage whenever I'm not shooting on Super 8. My couples love it because it offers a unique perspective of your day in a different format. Check out this lovely camcorder edit below from Laura & Stefan's elopement in Italy.
Whether you’re looking to add a sweet film to one of your photography packages or want exclusively Super 8 coverage, I’m all yours. Just shoot me a message and I’ll start ordering the film.
+ Do you offer Super 8 footage as a standalone service or do I have to book you as our photographer as well?
I have your Super 8 film professionally developed and scanned to create a digital version. You’ll receive a digital file via a convenient and secure online gallery that makes it easily to view, share, and cherish your footage.
+ How is the video processed and delivered?
I sure do! Super 8 cameras are vintage treasures usually from the 1960s and ‘70s, which makes them older than most of us. Because of their age, they can be quite delicate, which is why I always bring a backup camera to ensure everything runs smoothly.
+ do you have a backup camera?
My super 8 cameras do not have sound recording capabilities, but I bring a small audio recorder with me to capture sound on the day such as your vows, people chatting with ambient background music, or your nana's laugh. And I will most likely add it to your video!
+ Do the videos come with sound?
Super 8mm film cameras are usually vintage and refurbished. When the film is pulled through the camera, it makes a whirring or clicking sound. People tend to love the quirks that come along with old cameras, including the "vintage" sound. Super 8 might not be for you if you do not want background noise during your ceremony or party!
+ What is the background noise?
Before your session, I check with you to see what styles or genres of music you and your partner enjoy. I then tap into a music licencing platform to select the perfect music to suit your video and match your taste in music.
+ How do you choose the music for our film?
